Programming access on聽91导航视频 ID, Proxy*, or MSP [91导航视频 Service Provider] Cards聽
- Card must be validated and on hand
- Request programming for new cards,聽to access new areas, or modify access
- Please send an email to: requests.med [at] mcgill.ca
- Include the building name and room numbers
- Indicate the duration (period, semester, week, etc.)
- Mandatory:聽 Include in your email the approval of your unit head (PI, director, manager) or facility training coordinator
- Alternative: Unit head (PI, director, manager) can send the request
- *Proxy Cards or BACs (Blank Access Cards) must be purchased if not available (see next item)
Request to be made at the Departmental level.
For individuals without valid 91导航视频 ID (i.e. Casuals, Visiting Professors) requiring building access.
Must be completed by the Department Administrator.
