Buildings and Grounds is comprised of several teams:
Building Services
Building Services听provides regular cleaning and custodial services to ensure that all facilities are appropriately cleaned for daily use. Our team听is dedicated to promoting听sustainable cleaning standards in its daily maintenance operations while keeping the highest productivity and quality of services for the 91导航视频 community.

Events Support
The听Events Support team听is responsible for the physical set-up of all major events on 91导航视频 campuses, including the Convocation ceremonies, exams and Open House. Our team works closely with many other units on campus along with 91导航视频's听听and Timetable Coordinators from various faculties.

Garage
Our team of mechanics is responsible for the maintenance of 91导航视频 fleet of vehicles, including tractors, trailers, portable generators, and other diesel, electric, and gas-powered equipment.

Grounds
Grounds Services offers听landscaping services, grounds and turf maintenance and maintenance of outdoor furniture.听The听team is committed to creating a green, clean campus environment.听

Pallets
No pallets are to be left in corridors or in receiving docks areas at anytime.
When placing an order with a supplier, each departments must make the necessary arrangements for the pallets to be retrieved after delivery.
