 scuss an analysis of HIV viral DNA samples collected in the Quebecprovinci
 al genotyping program. The goal is to identify\, from the genetic data\, c
 lustered samples that may correspond to contact (infection/transmission) n
 etworks\, and to assess whether there is any evidence to support significa
 nt ‘phylodynamic’ cluster development over time. The phylodynamic models u
 tilized are based on standard SIR formulations which are integrated into a
  phylogenetic model. I will present an analysis of several hundred HIV DNA
  samples\; the analysis is Bayesian\, facilitated through Markov chain Mon
 te Carlo.\n
